What types of bags do we offer?
TALA by Tala Alamuddin offers a wide variety of bags to suit different needs and preferences. Our collection includes backpacks, handbags, tote bags, travel bags, laptop bags, duffel bags, evening bags and more.
How can I place an order?
Placing an order with us is simple. Browse our website to find the bag(s) you like, select the quantity and any applicable options (such as color or size), and then click "Add to Cart." Once you have added all desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. (NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED BY B PIXELS)
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we do offer bulk and corporate orders. Whether you need bags for events, promotions, or corporate gifts, we can assist you with customized solutions. Please contact our sales team at tala@totallytala.com or totallytala4@gmail.com. (NEED TO VERIFY WITH TALA)

Can I personalize or design my bag?
Certainly! We offer bespoke orders whereby you can select our designs in different materials or you can even bring or send your own materials and design and we will make the bag for you.
Payments & Safety
Do you accept online payments?
We accept all major debit cards
– We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards.
– We accept Shoppay
– You can pay using PayPal, either with your own established account or with a credit card (no need to register!)
Having issues with your credit card payment?
We accept only credit cards that are 3D Secure enabled to prevent fraud. If your card doesn't support this feature, please consider using an alternative payment method like PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During checkout, you can enter your shipping address to see if we deliver to your location. Please note that international shipping charges and delivery times may vary.
How many days will the shipping take?
For bespoke orders: 6-12 weeks (Both international and domestic) For readily available items: 5-7 days (for domestic orders) 2-4 weeks (for international shipping) Our bags go through a rigorous quality check before sending them out thus the time frame.
Can I track my order?
We will be sending you the tracking details of the order.
Returns & Exchange
Do you accept returns/exchange?
Yes we do. You can read more about our returns and exchange policy here.
How long after I complete the purchase can I return or exchange?
A return or refund or exchange request may be done 14 days after your purchase.
Who pays the shipping costs for returns?
The cost is covered by the customer.
